ACTIVITIES OF TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
The Training & Placement Cell plays a vital role in enhancing the employability and career development of diploma students. The following activities are regularly conducted:
- To organize campus and pool campus recruitment drives for diploma students
- To arrange industrial visits for practical exposure to real-world engineering applications
- To coordinate industrial training and internships for second and third-year students
- To organize guest lectures and expert sessions by industry professionals
- To conduct alumni meets and interaction sessions for career guidance and networking
- To provide guidance for entrepreneurship development and promote startup culture
- To offer career guidance for higher studies, including admission processes and opportunities
- To conduct aptitude, soft skills, and personality development training programs
- To organize mock interviews and resume-building workshops
- To maintain strong industry-institute interaction through MoUs and collaborations
