1. Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojna (EBC)

The objective of the Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Economic Backward Class (EBC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS) who are admitted in Diploma / Degree / Postgraduate Technical and Professional courses through Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

2. Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Vasatigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna.

This is a plan for students of government, government funded and non-affiliated colleges / polytechnics entering the vocational courses set by the government, whose students are certified by the competent authority, as a marginal farmers or whose parents are registered laborers. Candidates are eligible those who have taken an admission under general category and SEBC Category.

3. Scholarship Scheme for State Minority Communities Pursuing Higher Professional Education/All Post H.S.C Courses.(Part-I{(Technical Course(DTE)}.

The objective of the Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the meritorious students belonging to Minority Communities ( Muslim , Buddhist, Christian , Sikh , Parsi , Jain & Jews Community ) to enable them to pursue Professional and Technical Courses.

Benefits :
  • For Technical Course (Part-I of GR) – Scholarship Amount Maximum Rs.25,000/- Per Annum or Actual Tuition Fees whichever is less.
  • For Technical Course (Part-I of GR) – Scholarship Amount Maximum Rs.50,000/- Per Annum or Actual Tuition Fees and Exam Fee whichever is less effective from AY 2022-23.
4. Bharatratna Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Swadhar Yojana (SC and Neo-Buddhist)
  • The total annual benefit per student for meals and accommodation is as follows:
  • Other districts: ₹43,000/-
  • Taluka level: ₹38,000/-

टीप:- उपरोक्त रक्कमे व्यतिरिक्त वैद्यकीय व अभियांत्रिकी शाखेतील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी प्रति वर्ष रुपये 5000 व अन्य शाखेतील विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रति वर्ष रुपये 2000 इतकी रक्कम शैक्षणिक साहित्यासाठी ठोक स्वरूपात देण्यात येईल.

5. Tuition & Exam Fee Waiver for Girl Students (Annual Income Below Rs. 8 Lakhs)

The scheme has been launched to benefit girl students in Maharashtra by providing a tuition and exam fee waiver. The Maharashtra government has announced a new scheme “Mulina Mofat Shikshan Yojana Maharashtra 2024” to support the higher education of girls from economically weaker sections (EWS), socially and economically backward classes (SEBC), and other backward classes (OBC).

6. MSBTE Scholarship
  • The applicant should have scored at least 70% marks at SSC.
  • The applicant should not be in receipt of any other scholarship or Freeship during the academic year.
  • Income limit for becoming eligible for scholarship shall be maximum 5 Lakh per annum.
  • The Scholarship shall be continued for next year only on receipt of application from the awardee and has passed the end examination in First Class (Both semester taken together).
  • The amount of scholarship per year is Rs.7000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Only).
7. Cummins Scholarship Program
  • Students currently pursuing professional diploma in Engineering at an educational institute recognized by the State Government OR students who have scored a minimum of 60% marks in their SSC exam or higher secondary exam and have taken admission for further Engineering studies in Degree or Diploma.
  • The total family income of the students, from all sources, should not exceed ₹ 6 Lakhs per annum.
  • The admission and tuition fees payable to the educational institution are covered under the Scholarship.
8. Payment of Maintenance Allowance to VJNT and SBC Students Studying in Professional Courses and Living in Hostel Attached to Professional Colleges
  • For 2 to 3 years course (Engineering Diploma, MBA, MSW, etc.): ₹500 per month for 10 months.
  • Applicants parents annual income should be less than or equal to Rs.1 Lakh.
9. Social Welfare Department of Maharashtra State Scholarship Schemes

Social Welfare Department of Maharashtra State Scholarship / Freeship schemes for special category students (OBC, SBC, VJNTDT category students).

  • Students having annual income less than Rs.1.00 lakh are eligible for Scholarship and students having income between Rs.1.00 Lakh to Rs.8.00 Lakh are eligible for Freeship.

• 75% attendance for each month in an academic year and required to appear for each semester exam of both semesters in an academic year is mandatory.

SC Category Student
  • 75% attendance for each month in an academic year is mandatory and students must appear for both semester exams.
  • No income limit for SC category students.
  • Students having annual income less than Rs.2.50 lakh are eligible for Scholarship and students having income more than Rs.2.50 lakh are eligible for Freeship.

स्कॉलरशिप चा फॉर्म भरून कागदपत्रांची पूर्तता करण्याची जबाबदारी विद्यार्थ्यांची राहील. कोणत्याही कारणाने स्कॉलरशिपची रक्कम जमा झाली नाही तर विद्यार्थ्यांना पूर्ण फी भरावी लागेल.
