As per AICTE norms, the R&D Cell should meet on a quarterly basis or at least once in a semester.
Functions of R & D Cell:
- To enhance the research ecosystem in the institution and raise its profile by showcasing strengths in infrastructure and expertise to attract external funding agencies.
- To create awareness among faculty members about opportunities in research and development, and to encourage submission of research/project proposals to national and international funding bodies.
- To motivate faculty members and research scholars to publish their research work in reputed national and international journals and conferences.
