  • PO 1. Basic and Discipline Specific Knowledge : Apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and engineering specialization to solve engineering problems.
  • PO 2. Problem Analysis : Identify and analyze well-defined engineering problems using codified standard methods.
  • PO 3. Design/Development of Solutions : Design solutions for well-defined technical problems and assist in the design of system components or processes to meet specified needs.
  • PO 4. Engineering Tools, Experimentation and Testing : Apply modern engineering tools and appropriate techniques to conduct standard tests and measurements.
  • PO 5. Engineering Practices for Society, Sustainability, and Environment : Apply appropriate technology in the context of society, sustainability, environment, and ethical practices.

  • PSO 1. Modern Software Usage : Use the latest mechanical-related software for simple design, drafting, manufacturing, maintenance, and documentation of mechanical components and processes.
  • PSO 2. Maintenance and Selection of Machines, Equipment, and Instruments : Maintain and select appropriate machines, equipment, and instruments in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
  • PSO 3. Manage Mechanical Process : Manage mechanical processes by selecting and scheduling the right type of machinery, equipment, substrates, quality control techniques, operational parameters, and software for a particular mechanical process or job for economical operations.
